Our pastors are available to meet with members of our congregation who are seeking guidance on a variety of personal and family issues – from simply naming the issue to helping connect you to the proper growth solution, including referral to one of our trusted professional counselors who can help with the following issues:

Care Groups

Hospital Team: Our hospital team partners with LFC pastoral staff to care for members of our church family who would appreciate words of encouragement and prayer during hospitalization or in the midst of other medical issues.

GriefShare at LFC: Mondays from 6:30-8pm in the Barn Door Room
If you or someone you know is grieving the loss of a loved one, whether recent or years back, it’s important to have the support of people who understand.
And that’s what GriefShare is all about. These weekly gatherings are led by people who understand what you are going through, have experienced loss and want to help. You’ll also gain access to valuable GriefShare resources to help you recover from your loss and learn how to rebuild your life.
You can join at any time. Open to all.

Meals Ministry: Our Meals Ministry Team works to provide meals to those who have recently experienced surgery, a new baby, death or hospitalization.

Alcoholics Anonymous: This AA group – “Dose of Sanity” – meets Tuesdays and Fridays at 7:30am in The Box at LFC-Huntersville.

Breast Cancer Support: If you or someone you know would like to talk with someone who’s survived breast cancer, please feel free to email or call Joan Rogers at 704-402-8458. Joan will be more than happy to answer any questions and pray for you.

Infertility Support: If you’d like to talk with someone e who understands the emotional, spiritual and physical pain of infertility, Amanda Sellers is here for you.

Benevolence Request

The Lake Forest Church Benevolence Fund is reserved for the Ministry Partners and regulars attenders of our church communities in times of crisis. Funds can be used to assist with utilities, medical expenses and other urgent needs in times of unexpected financial crisis.
