2022 ONE TEAM SOCCER CAMP

Join us for our
In-Town Mission Trip: July 13-16

Our 7th Annual “One Team” Soccer Camp returns this July and we’d love for you (and your family or small group) to get involved with this “in-town missions trip.” Not only does this camp provide affordable fun for children and youth, it’s a way for the Lake Forest-Huntersville tribe to continue growing cross-cultural relationships with our Hispanic neighbors in Huntington Green and the LFC-El Buen Samaritano tribe. This is a time for us to come together as one community, made up of different cultures, to enjoy one another and God’s gift of sport!

We hope to see you out there as #ONETEAM!

DETAILS:

Dates: July 13-16, 2022 (Wed/Thurs/Fri evenings from 5pm-9pm and Saturday from 10am-2pm)
Location: Lake Norman Charter Elementary School Campus: 10019 Hambright Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078

THREE WAYS TO GET INVOLVED!

1. SIGN YOUR CHILD UP FOR CAMP!

The best way for your children to live on the mission of God and share Jesus’s love is to play alongside kids their age from Huntington Green. Your child will learn some soccer fundamentals, play mini-games and have fun!

  • Kids (Rising kindergarten – 5th Grade)
Wednesday- Friday from 5-7:30pm, and Sat 10-2; Cost is $50 for non-volunteers and $20 for volunteers.
  • Youth (Rising 6th – 12th Grade)
Wednesday – Friday from 7-9pm, and Sat 10-2; Cost is $20.

2. SERVE IN THE CAMP!

If you have ever wanted to take the step to serve those around you but didn’t know where to start this is the place for you! You can be a counselor, a skills coach, or “whatever is needed” servant with either the Kids or the Youth. Your middle/high school-aged children can also serve in the kid’s camp. You don’t have to know anything about soccer, just a heart to love on others.

  • Counselors make a full camp commitment for either kids camp (5-7:30pm) or youth camp (6:30-9pm) allowing them to build relationships with the same group of kids/youth throughout the week!
  • Skills Coaches can sign up one night at a time, but are committing to serve for the full night (both kids camp and youth camp; 5-9pm)!
  • “Whatever is needed” Servants serve whenever and wherever they’re able!

3. DONATE TO THE CAMP

If you can’t make it to the camp, there are always ways for you to show support by donating money to assist with materials or supplying food/beverage items.
